We're a small team who have spent about twenty years in property, starting with a repossessed first home that did more for our finances than any savings account ever managed. CasaAlpha Deals is the tool we wish we'd had back then. What follows is the formal part, which our lawyers enjoy far more than we do. Read our story.
CasaAlpha Deals is a trading name of Gratia Nova Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16914141, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration no. ZC249602. CasaAlpha Deals is an information service. It brings together, translates and rates information published by courts, government agencies, insolvency practitioners, receivers and auctioneers.
CasaAlpha Deals is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, credit broker, estate agent, auctioneer or law firm, and it does not give regulated financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any property or financial product.
Deal ratings, deal scores, valuations, machine translations and currency conversions are automated opinions based on public data. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Where a translation is shown, the original-language notice is the authoritative text. Photos marked “illustrative” do not show the actual property. Buying repossessed, bank-owned and court-sale property carries significant risk, including loss of deposit, surviving liens or charges, occupation and title defects. Always verify information with the official source and take independent professional advice before bidding.

Listings come from official sale notices, licensed property data providers and partners. Personal details of the people involved in a sale are removed before we store anything (see the privacy notice). We gratefully acknowledge:
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not copy the site in bulk, resell or share what you unlock, or use it to contact, profile or harass anyone connected to a sale. Premium downloads are for your own use, can't be shared or resold, and are subject to fair-use limits.
Home Buyer and Pro begin with a 7-day trial for £1.99 (€1.99 / $1.99); Premium starts straight away. All paid plans renew automatically at the displayed price until cancelled. Consumers in the UK and EU have a 14-day cancellation right, less a deduction for services already supplied.
